Who should I contact in case of an LPG emergency (leak, fire, explosion)?

  • Immediately call 999 (Fire & Rescue Department – Bomba).
  • Do not attempt to repair or move the cylinder yourself.
  • Ventilate the area (open windows/doors), avoid open flames, spark sources or electrical switches.
  • Contact your LPG dealer or PETROS customer service after the emergency is handled.

  • Commercial: Restaurants, hotels, bakeries, laundries and other businesses use LPG for cooking, heating and other energy needs.
  • Industrial: Factories and large-scale industries use LPG for heating, manufacturing processes, and as a cleaner alternative to coal or diesel.

What LPG cylinder sizes and supply options do you offer for commercial/industrial customers?

  • Commercial: 14kg and 50kg cylinders.
    • C50kg types:
      • Compact Valve – For low consumption vapour usage
      • Liquid Withdrawal Cylinder (LWC) – For high consumption applications.
      • Press O Lite (POL) – For medium consumption.
  • Industrial: Bulk LPG delivered via tanker trucks into client storage facilities.

Are there limits how much LPG I can order as a commercial user?

Yes. For commercial users, supply limits depend on business classification, local regulations and safety standards. For industrial clients, the supply capacity is based on storage infrastructure and contract arrangement.

How is bulk LPG delivery arranged for industrial customers?

Bulk LPG is delivered using tanker trucks to your storage facilities. Delivery schedules can be set as regular or on demand, per your agreement with our authorised dealers.
